Take "Me" Time!
Lets face it moms, we have a lot of responsibilities. More often times than not, we do the bulk of the work when it involves the kids and household duties. It is so very important that we do not become lost in the sea of responsibilities not allow ourselves some "me time".
Well, your question may be, "How do I find time for time to myself?
Answer ‘‘you have to make time because there will always be something to do around the house or elsewhere’’
Find someone who you can trust to watch your bundle of joy for a couple of hours and take this time to do something that you will enjoy. Here are some ideas:
1. A Mani Pedi
2. Take a relaxing bath with lavender bath salts....and maybe a glass of your favorite wine.
3. Meditate. If you have a diffuser, add lavender to aid in relaxation and you can also throw in a few candles!
4. Go for a brisk walk, jog or do zumba with a friend. Exercising helps to alleviate stress.
5. Go shopping and treat yourself to something that you like or enjoy.
6. Get a massage.
7. Read a book from your favorite author
8. Yoga
You will be surprised at how just a couple hours away can refresh your mind and make you feel anew.
